The Faculty of Informatics invites you to join our elective course titled “Basics of Team Management – peer community building at the university and in professional activities” (course code: IKP-eng9270) for students from Campus Budapest and Szombathely as well. This course is designed to expand the essential skills needed for project management and community building.
Course Syllabus:

- Communication Styles and Assertive Communication
- Group Dynamics and Conflict Management

Course Structure:
To ensure effective skill development, the course is delivered in a 30-hour intensive in-person training format (blocked sessions). This allows for a stronger focus on individual student progress and practical application.
The sessions will be held on-site on both campuses (Szombathely and Budapest), connected via Microsoft Teams in a hybrid format. Participants will master the basics of project management, as well as the communication, time management, and organizational skills necessary for effective teamwork through both group and individual assignments.
