to the City Tour on September 16!


Explore the most iconic sights of Budapest on foot
The event is free, but registration is required!

What you need to bring:
– Bottle of water
-2 single BKK tickets for public transport (or daily/monthly pass if you have)
September 16 (Friday) at 12.30
Expected duration: ~5-6 hours (12.30-18.00)
Meeting point: In front of Museum of Fine Arts (next to Heroes’ Square)

Planned route and program:
Heroes’ Square – Andrássy Avenue – Metroline 1 – Deák Ferenc Square – Liberty Square – Kossuth Square – Hungarian Parliament Building – Margaret Bridge – 19 Sightseeing Tram – Fisherman’s Bastion – Castle Quarter – Várkert Bazár – St. Gerard Sagredo Statue – Liberty Statue
The guide will give a presentation about:
– Historical background
– Exciting facts and stories
– Everyday life in Budapest
There will be one hour of free activity included in the Castle Quarter.
